Anyone can delete their own login, without contacting us. Sign in to the Stride app on your phone or on the web, open My account, and choose Delete account.
Deleting your login removes your sign-in, email, phone, photo, personal settings, and Chat with Stride memories and conversations, and you leave every business you belong to. Work you recorded, such as notes, photos, time, and job history, stays with each business under your name, because it’s the business’s record.
An Owner deletes the whole business in Settings → Billing → Delete business. That deletes its customers, jobs, invoices, estimates, and files right away, and cancels the Stride subscription. If you’re the only Owner, delete the business or make someone else an Owner before deleting your login.
